Text Box: We also have a 24 gallon per hour water maker which we run every couple of days for an hour or so.
For additional power we have a wind generator and a solar panel.
Sails consist of fully-battened mainsail (389 sq. ft), genoa (685), staysail, storm staysail, trysail,  with additional 1300 sq. ft. cruising spinnaker.
Engine is 60 HP Perkins 4.154 -rebuilt in 2001
Average speed is about 6 knots, 7-8 if the wind is just right, and 12 if surfing down very big waves.  
Margarita has sailed us over 50,000 miles on this trip.  She is a cross between a house, a pet, and a body guard to us.
